About the Role
As an Enterprise Project Manager - HVAC, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that support strategic business priorities while helping keep the town cool. Partnering across operations, IT, supply chain, eCommerce, customer support, and commercial teams, you will drive projects that improve scalability, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Requirements
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or business transformation efforts.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with leaders across the organization.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, risks, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Tableau, or Power BI (a bonus but not required).

Pay
The salary range for this role is $109,027.56 - $147,136.72 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location.

Hybrid Work schedule.
