Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from Idea through Implementation and Closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Cook up project meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Maintain project health and provide timely status updates to project sponsors, stakeholders, and EPMO leadership.
• Identify project risks and issues and escalate when appropriate while recommending mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication among business partners, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Track project budget, resource utilization, and key milestones.
• Ensure project documentation complies with EPMO standards and governance requirements.
• Aid in preparing executive presentations and steering committee materials.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year college) required.
• 1–3 years of project management, project coordination, business analysis, or related experience.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience using project management tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is preferred.
