About the role
The Enterprise Pre-Sales Engineer will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions to prospective clients. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand complex technical concepts, and the ability to present these concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential client needs and opportunities
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to prospects and customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure that solutions meet customer needs
- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team during meetings and demonstrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales engineering or a similar role
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for technology and a desire to help others succeed
