Enterprise Platforms Product Manager

About the Role

Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Enterprise Platforms Product Manager to join their dynamic and growing team. This role is part of a new project focused on Payment Integrity Bot Automation (2%). The team consists of 4 members, led by the Dev Lead, and supported by a BSA. This request is to fulfil the needs of this project, but based on the work done by these 4 team members the project may go over or more projects may come in where their skills are needed prior to the project end date.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies including: Daily Stand-Up meetings, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement/Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives
• Provide status updates on assigned work items
• Collaborate with team members to identify and remove impediments
• Drive Business Value & Strategic Prioritization
• Own Backlog Management & requirements ownership
• Manage Stakeholder Management and Communication
• Maintain Deep Understanding of Business Processes
• Provide Sprint Participation & Agile Leadership
• Ensure Automation Delivery and Production Readiness
• Monitor Operation Performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

Pay

$49.66 - 59.66 per hour
