Enterprise / Platform Architect

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough stakeholder meetings and gather required information towards driving Broadridge into capability-centric architecture.
• Document business requirements, business capability, process flows, and technical specifications in a clear and detailed manner.
• Understand the Corporate Action / Proxy/ Interim processing lifecycle.
• Define and design target-state capability architecture, business service catalogue which are implementable in selected BPM platform.
• Experience working in the complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business process to working with technical team during implementation).
• Assess business processes, identify bottlenecks, and define implementable target state.
• Analyze audit trails and data trends for process mining to improve performance and identify workflows to automate.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise.
• Individual contributor to project delivery and solution delivery.
• Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation based on customer experiences.
• Familiarity in business process optimization and performance improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with very senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating clear and detailed documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key decisions during project delivery.
• Proven team player and team builder.
