About the role
Join SS&C’s Corporate Marketing team and help shape a globally recognized brand powered by data-driven insight. This role plays a critical part in defining how marketing performance is measured, understood, and communicated across integrated campaigns, digital channels, and corporate initiatives worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business units to understand their data needs, processes, and KPIs.
- Map and document the data landscape across systems (CRM, MAP, web analytics, advertising platforms, product data, etc.).
- Serve as the primary analytics liaison, ensuring marketing has accurate, accessible, and trusted data to support decision-making.
- Translate business challenges into clear analytical requirements and data solutions.
- Analyze marketing performance across channels, segments, and lifecycle stages to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Transform complex datasets into concise insights that marketing leaders can act on.
- Develop insights frameworks that support campaign optimization, ROI analysis, attribution, funnel performance, and forecasting.
- Present findings with clarity, business context, and recommendations.
- Design and build intuitive, executive-ready dashboards using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Automate reporting to eliminate manual processes and improve data accuracy and speed.
- Maintain and evolve a library of standardized metrics, definitions, and reporting models.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues across systems; partner with RevOps, IT, and Data Engineering on remediation.
- Contribute to governance frameworks, ensuring consistent KPI definitions across the organization.
- Recommend improvements to data pipelines, integrations, and enrichment processes.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis.
- Strong data visualization skills with hands-on experience in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Domo, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL and structured data manipulation.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua), and digital analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, technology, or other data-driven environments.
- Familiarity with attribution models, pipeline analysis, and forecasting.
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools.
- Background in statistics, predictive modeling, or experimentation.

Pay
- New York: The expected base salary for the position is between 110,000 USD to 120,000 USD.
- Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between 110,000 USD to 120,000 USD.
