Enterprise Manager - Finance, Planning & Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Manager - Finance, Planning & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will guide financial planning and analytics efforts that support hospital growth, expansion, and new service initiatives. The position will partner closely with executive leaders and department stakeholders to shape business plans, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen decision-making across the organization. It is well suited for a finance professional who can lead a team, manage complex analyses, and bring structure to annual budgeting and planning processes in a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Manage a team in creating dynamic business plans for hospital expansions and new services Direct complex ad hoc financial analysis supporting executive decision-making Collaborate with CEOs, CFOs, and department leaders on business planning Recommend optimal financial analysis approaches for various requests Oversee preparation and setup for forecast and budgeting processes Establish forecast assumptions and coordinate financial schedules Lead the annual budget process while ensuring data accuracy and timeliness Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Hospital Administration 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting with a bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a master’s degree Experience in the healthcare industry with business planning and complex financial analyses Proficiency in financial software including Workday, Epic, StrataJazz, and Tableau Management and leadership experience Benefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage Retirement savings plan with employer contribution Professional development opportunities Paid time off and flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative team environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
