  • Implement Copilot Studio agents and declarative or custom plugins, ensuring they are grounded on firm-approved data sources and respect existing permissions and ethical walls.
  • Work with practice groups and business functions to identify integration use cases, scope solutions, and define adoption and success metrics.
  • Ensure all integrations honor the firm’s security, confidentiality, and data-protection requirements, working closely with Information Security and aligning to Purview and DLP controls.
  • Develop user-facing documentation, enablement materials, and training to drive adoption of delivered integrations.
  • Monitor adoption, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve usefulness and uptake.
  • Troubleshoot and support production integrations, coordinating with platform, application, and vendor teams as needed.
  • Review existing integrations and recommend improvements, consolidation, or re-architecture as patterns mature.
  • Evaluate new Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI integration capabilities for potential firm adoption.
  • Create and deliver presentations and demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Appear on camera for meetings with colleagues and vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in application integration, software development, or Microsoft 365/Power Platform development roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development, Microsoft Graph, and/or the Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise application integrations across Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Experience with installing and supporting MCP servers in a business environment.
  • Experience integrating line-of-business and document systems (e.g., iManage) via APIs and supported connectors.
  • Experience with scripting and development using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and/or C#.
  • Experience with AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot/Copilot Studio concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure preferred.
  • Experience working in a professional services organization strongly preferred. Law firm experience a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency building integrations using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, webhooks, and modern authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, Entra ID).
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, identity, and role-based access control.
  • Familiarity with data protection and compliance tooling (Microsoft Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels) and the importance of confidentiality in a professional services setting.
  • Ability to translate business workflows into technical integration designs and communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid time and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable operating in a shared services model.
