About the role
This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role at a fast-growing Series A healthcare services company expanding access to mental health care for women across the reproductive lifecycle. The right person will own the end-to-end launch of one of FamilyWell's enterprise health system implementations and transition into the primary relationship owner driving long-term performance, growth, and satisfaction within those accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end project management of one of FamilyWell's largest, multi-state enterprise launches.
- Coordinate tasks across Partner Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and external partner teams across 10 workstreams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Build and maintain master project plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, own status reporting and escalations, and drive internal accountability from kickoff through go-live.
- Upon successful completion of Phase 1, transition into the primary relationship owner for the account, leading quarterly business reviews, monitoring referral and enrollment performance, surfacing expansion opportunities, and serving as the voice of the partner internally.
- Own the long-term health and growth of one of FamilyWell's most strategic accounts.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in multi-state healthcare implementation, enterprise account management, or healthcare operations.
- Successful track record of owning large, long-term client or partner relationships with measurable growth outcomes.
- Exceptional cross-functional project management and communication skills — comfortable owning a plan with many moving parts and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems including Hubspot.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving startup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OB/GYN practices, women's health, or behavioral health.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, provider credentialing, or collaborative care (CoCM) billing models.
- Experience in a partner success role at a health services company.
- Exposure to health system or MSO partnership management.
