Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the platform for international enterprise customers.
- Manage customer projects from solution definition through to successful go-live.
- Facilitate discovery, business and architecture workshops.
- Cook up technical integrations with customers and internal development teams.
- Ensure successful platform adoption and long-term customer success.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Advise customers on the development of their product security processes and strategy.
- Identify new use cases and opportunities to optimise customer processes.
- Support customers in scaling the platform across their organisation.
- Support contract renewals, cross-selling and upselling through successful project delivery.
- Capture business and technical requirements.
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements.
- Work closely with Product Management and Development teams to support the ongoing evolution of the platform.
- Validate new features with pilot customers.
- Develop and standardise customer delivery methodologies and implementation best practices.
- Support the growth of the consultancy function through mentoring and coaching.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience implementing enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
- Available to visit Leipzig once a month for client visits.
- Experience managing complex customer implementation projects from end to end.
- Strong customer-facing consultancy experience.
- Experience delivering discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Experience with software and system integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technical and leadership teams.
- Experience managing go-live and rollout activities.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience working closely with Product Management and Development teams.
- Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience identifying new customer use cases and supporting continuous improvement.
