Enterprise Implementation Consultant

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Implementation Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide complex client implementations from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement. You will partner closely with delivery leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into configured solutions, training, and adoption support. The position requires strong project discipline, client relationship management, and the ability to anticipate risks while keeping multiple implementations moving forward successfully.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship required

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementation projects from start to finish as the primary client contact
• Collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Lead discussions to capture and document business needs and objectives
• Configure client environments tailored to specifications and best practices
• Conduct client training sessions and develop custom resources for user workflows
• Identify risks in the implementation process and communicate solutions effectively
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing, project management, or SaaS implementation roles
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Proactive thinker who can foresee and resolve potential issues
• Outstanding skills in client relationship management
• Team player focused on collaboration and enabling success
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive ownership mentality

Pay

$101,400 – $152,000 annually
