Responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise imaging applications and infrastructure, including Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA), DICOM and HL7 integrations, image exchange platforms, and advanced post-processing applications.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation: Evaluate project requests, conduct current state assessments, gather and define requirements, design and build applications, and deploy projects.
  • Project Management: Prepare detailed project plans, lead application teams, identify and escalate issues, and facilitate change request processes.
  • Maintenance, Support and Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve ServiceNow tickets, coordinate software and hardware patches, and develop and maintain documentation for system procedures.
  • Administrative: Log hours for project-related work, utilize ALM Quality Center system, and attend various meetings.
  • Production Support and Maintenance: Provide on-call support, ensure system integrity and stability, and perform daily checklists for servers and services.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of related experience.
  • Project management experience, with direct experience related to same or similar systems installed at Children's Health.
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) from the American Board of Imaging Informatics (ABII).

Skills

Enterprise App Analysts supporting software must demonstrate competency in software used in their role. All training and testing applicable to the role must be successfully completed and passed within 90 days of employment.
