The organization operates within the financial technology sector, focused on increasing economic freedom. It addresses challenges in building secure, scalable, and auditable legal technology systems that support compliance and operational efficiency. By managing a complex legal technology stack integrated with multiple platforms and tools, the program supports critical business functions related to contract lifecycle management and legal operations. The ENTERPRISE ENGINEER role is responsible for building, operating, and maintaining the workflows, integrations, and data foundations of the legal technology platforms. This position ensures the reliability and scalability of legal systems while partnering with legal, compliance, security, and engineering teams to deliver platform improvements and automation. The role is essential for maintaining system integrity and operational efficiency across the legal toolchain.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ironclad architecture, workflows, and contract lifecycle management, including system integrations.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workato and APIs to automate legal platform workflows.
• Support and evolve adjacent legal platforms such as Evisort, Brightflag, and DocuSign.
• Perform data migrations, backfills, reconciliations, and maintain data hygiene.
• Govern platform access and credentials, including managing service accounts, tokens, and access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and deliver outcomes safely to production.

Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of experience administering Ironclad and/or DocuSign or similar CLM and eSignature platforms with complex workflow and permissions design.
• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar integration platforms, REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication flows.
• Proven capability in data migrations, bulk data loading, and reconciliation maintaining data integrity.
• Ability to independently own platform operations and communicate technical details clearly to stakeholders.
• Responsible use of generative AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality while maintaining human oversight.

Pay

Annual base salary range: $135,320 to $159,200 USD, varying by location. Total compensation may include equity, bonuses, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k).
