Enterprise Engagement Lead
Role Overview
The Project Management team at Binti leads the end-to-end delivery of our software with public sector partners, ensuring agencies successfully adopt Binti's tools while transforming how they support children and families. The Enterprise Engagement Lead will own the full delivery of large-scale government implementations, engage effectively across all levels of agency partners, and contribute to the development of scalable systems and frameworks.
What You Will Do
- Own the full delivery of large-scale government implementations, including strategy, planning, stakeholder management, technical and programmatic execution, risk mitigation, and post-launch support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior agency executives, aligning goals, setting expectations, and proactively resolving risks or misalignment
- Engage effectively across all levels of agency partners, from frontline users to middle managers to agency leadership, with an adapted communication style and approach that builds trust, establishes clarity, and drives alignment
- Translate product capabilities and technical architecture into a fully implemented and configured solution that meets agency needs and aligns with Binti's best practices
- Consult and help implement change management strategies, helping agency partners evolve outdated workflows and adopt new processes that align with Binti's product and broader goals
- Drive accountability across internal and external teams, ensuring clear communication, clarity of roles, visibility into blockers, and steady forward momentum across all phases of implementation
- Contribute to the development of scalable systems and frameworks to elevate the PMO's enterprise implementation model, with a focus on delivering high-quality, repeatable, and consultative professional services at scale
- Provide strategic implementation expertise during the pre-sales process, helping align agency priorities with Binti's product and delivery model
What We Love About You
- 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in consulting, SaaS implementation, and/or government systems
- Demonstrated strength in critical problem solving and decision-making in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
- Willing and able to travel regularly for on-site work with government partners, including in-person training, planning sessions, and relationship-building
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy and troubleshoot execution risks
- Technical fluency and strong understanding of how software is configured and deployed, including integrations, architecture, and data flows
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from agency executives to frontline staff
- Familiarity with child welfare, health and human services, or similar domains
- Formal certification in project and/or change management (e.g., PMP, Prosci) is a plus
- Skilled at navigating complex environments with competing priorities and operational resistance
- Passion for strong collaborative team culture
- Comfort operating in a high-growth startup environment
Location
Binti is headquartered in San Francisco, California, and there is a strong preference for candidates based in the Bay Area to allow for in-person collaboration on our designated office days (Mondays and Thursdays). This role also requires regular travel to customer sites across the U.S., with an average of two on-site visits per month.
