About the role

- Provide hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment, including OS, hardware, and user-facing issues.
- Diagnose and address network connectivity issues such as access restrictions, firewall rules, DNS, VPN, and IP/Port/URL filtering.
- Navigate and resolve security and compliance-related challenges, including endpoint hardening, policy enforcement, and audit readiness.
- Operate effectively across multiple functions, including endpoint management, support, security, and asset management.
- Update and support systems by tuning performance, allocating storage space, and implementing critical patches.
- Review systems performance logs to identify anomalies and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a relevant field is required.
- 4-8 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
- 3+ years of practical experience in the field.
- Practical experience managing enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environment.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment, ideally including peripheral device management, asset management, and VOIP operations.
- Hands-on experience administering or operating network access controls in the form of IP:Port or URL based filters.
- Understanding and practical exposure to regulatory controls, baselines, and security policies within an Azure Entra and Intune based environment.
- Ability to self-manage work tasks using M365 based tools.
- Demonstrated ability to independently resolve issues and improve day-to-day operations with self-driven initiatives.
Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Public Trust clearance as a condition and continuation of employment.
