Enterprise Customer Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team as an Customer Onboarding Specialist for our large mid-market and enterprise customers. You will lead customers through the successful onboarding and adoption of our complex SaaS platform and act as a trusted partner—translating customer needs into configured solutions, managing implementation timelines, and ensuring customers are set up for long-term success. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced startup environment where processes are still evolving. Responsibilities include:Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-liveConfigure the software to meet customer requirements, including integrations, workflows, and user settingsDevelop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and milestonesCoordinate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and validate success criteriaDeliver live and recorded training sessions for customer teamsEnsure customers understand product capabilities and how to use them effectivelyIdentify opportunities to improve customer workflows and drive deeper product adoptionHelp define and improve implementation processes, templates, and tools Required Skills:Experience implementing SaaS products in a highly technical environment, with a strong understanding of software systems, workflows, and integrations (APIs, SSO, and data imports a plus).Excellent project management and organizational skillsPrior experience working in a customer-facing role, enterprise experience preferredSuperior verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detailAnalytical and process-oriented mindsetActive team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust prioritiesExperience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plusMust be at least 18 years oldMust be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United StatesMust pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by lawMust be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 3x/weekNote: This is a full-time position.
