Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials for customers
  • Collaborate with Product Management to enhance the company platform
  • Showcase product value at webinars, conferences, and trade shows
  • Address functional and technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs
  • Utilize creative problem-solving to overcome sales obstacles
  • Support Sales and cross-functional teams with measurable impact
  • Contribute dynamically to internal team communications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university
  • 5+ years in pre-sales technical roles or customer support
  • Strong technical sales acumen and understanding of business processes
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing product evaluations for hardware/software
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems
  • Familiarity with technical consulting and cloud software integration
  • Working knowledge of integration standards like XML and REST
