Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials for customers
- Collaborate with Product Management to enhance the company platform
- Showcase product value at webinars, conferences, and trade shows
- Address functional and technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs
- Utilize creative problem-solving to overcome sales obstacles
- Support Sales and cross-functional teams with measurable impact
- Contribute dynamically to internal team communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university
- 5+ years in pre-sales technical roles or customer support
- Strong technical sales acumen and understanding of business processes
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience managing product evaluations for hardware/software
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems
- Familiarity with technical consulting and cloud software integration
- Working knowledge of integration standards like XML and REST
