Enterprise Controller with Roeslein & Associates

As Roeslein has grown, finance leadership responsibilities have evolved. This role has been intentionally restructured to provide dedicated leadership for the enterprise accounting function and position the organization for its next phase of growth.

You'll lead an established accounting organization that includes regional and project accounting leaders while helping strengthen consistency, improve scalability, and develop the next generation of accounting leadership across the business.

What You'll Do

• Lead accounting operations across multiple domestic and international entities.
• Oversee the monthly close, consolidations, financial reporting, and accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong internal controls.
• Provide leadership and development for regional and project accounting leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations to strengthen project accounting, cost visibility, and financial performance across a project-based business.
• Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, tax, IT, and executive leadership to improve financial insight and support sound business decisions.
• Partner with finance and IT leadership to help complete the company's Oracle implementation while continuing to improve reporting capabilities, accounting workflows, and financial systems.

What We're Looking For

• An experienced accounting leader who combines strong technical expertise with a practical, collaborative leadership style.
• Qualified candidates will bring:
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Experience serving as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting, or similar senior accounting leader within a complex, multi-entity organization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, internal controls, and audit support.
• Experience with project accounting, cost-to-complete accounting, percentage-of-completion accounting, or similar project-based accounting environments.
• Industry experience in construction, EPC, industrial services, manufacturing, energy, or other project-driven businesses is strongly preferred.
• Experience improving accounting processes, ERP systems, financial reporting, or business operations.
• Oracle experience is helpful but not required.
