Why We're Hiring

We have a strong track record of selling our voice agent platform to enterprises such as Amazon, Zillow, and Uber. With high demand and ambitious revenue targets, we need more sales representatives to support our growth.

What You'll Do

30 Day

  • Complete a customized onboarding plan with our technical enablement team.

  • Build out your territory and account list, and work with your Sales Development Representative (SDR) to start outbound activities.

  • Receive inbound leads from our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion, where prospects build agents on our platform and are highly activated before reaching the sales team.

60 Day

  • Engage in increasingly complex sales cycles, receiving more inbound leads while continuing outbound activities.

  • Partner with our agent engineering and forward-deployed engineering teams to deepen your understanding of the product.

  • Collaborate with product marketing and the broader sales team to connect the platform's technical features to clear business outcomes.

90 Day+

  • Close your first enterprise deal with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $240k+

  • Generate 3x coverage on your Q2 quota through both inbound and outbound efforts.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the voice AI landscape and the role of voice agents.

Who You Are

  • You have successfully sold technical products to technical audiences and translated them into business outcomes for business stakeholders, particularly those touching the customer experience.

  • You have experience selling products with an ACV greater than $240k, ideally up to $1M+

  • You have a proven track record selling to both mid-market accounts (500-5,000 employees) and enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees).

  • You have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple threads of selling to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have developed repeatable outbound motions tailored to specific use cases.

  • You are passionate about joining a sales team known for its elite performance, resourcefulness, humility, and dedication.
