Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school
• Licensed to practice law (California preferred)
• Experience related to financial services company
• Experience in negotiating legal and business terms (10+ years)
• Experience creating new procedures and workflows
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and leadership
• Experience presenting to senior management
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Exceptional collaboration and analytical skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 + bonus + benefits. Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
