Job Overview

Join Marvin as a Senior Enterprise Commodity Agent and execute enterprise-wide commodity strategies that balance cost, quality, delivery, and innovation. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day purchasing and ensuring Marvin’s supply base delivers the best total value across product collections.

About the Role

You’ll manage strategic supplier partnerships, lead contract management activities, and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers. You’ll also execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, analyze supplier performance, and provide recommendations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and overall value.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic supplier partnerships, including performance, development, and ongoing relationship management
  • Lead contract management activities and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers
  • Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and overall value
  • Maintain and manage the approved supplier panel by incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance data
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs and priorities

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, leadership, project management, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills including contract-related experience
  • Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions
  • Strong contract negotiation skills, including structuring, negotiating, and finalizing enterprise-level commodity agreements while managing risk and ensuring compliance
