Enterprise Cloud Security Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Cloud Security Architect will serve as a multicloud architecture SME across AWS, Azure, and GCP, providing design leadership, guiding governance models, translating security strategies, and shaping cloud cybersecurity capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a multicloud architecture SME across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Provide design level leadership and guidance to engineering teams
• Lead interpretation and adoption of multicloud governance models
• Translate security strategies into cloud agnostic architectural patterns
• Contribute to shaping enterprise cloud and cybersecurity capabilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise security architecture, cloud architecture, or cybersecurity engineering roles
• Experience integrating cybersecurity tools in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Infrastructure code concepts such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep
• Knowledge of multicloud governance and automation such as AWS Control Tower, Azure Landing Zones, or GCP Org Policies
• Knowledge of multicloud networking models, segmentation, routing, and hybrid connectivity
• Knowledge of Cloud security controls, compliance frameworks, and security telemetry ecosystems
• Knowledge of modern cybersecurity frameworks including Zero Trust principles
• Achieve a DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification and an IASAE Level II certification (SecurityX or CISSP)

Qualifications

• Achieve a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a counter-intelligence polygraph
• Associate’s degree with 5+ years, Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years, or Master’s degree with 1+ years supporting IT projects

Skills

• Experience producing enterprise architecture artifacts
• Experience with cloud modernization and multicloud strategy drivers
• Knowledge of cloud native security, identity, and platform capabilities across cloud providers
• Ability to evaluate and improve architectural designs and create realistic roadmaps
• Multicloud Certifications such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Certifications
