What You’ll Do

  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise customers through targeted outbound, warm introductions, and ecosystem-driven relationships.
  • Own client relationships from initial technical discovery through long-term strategic partnership.
  • Lead high-stakes conversations with engineering, product, data, and executive stakeholders.
  • Shape proposals and deal structures that reflect complex AI deployments and enterprise realities.
  • Persistently partner closely with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to align customer needs with execution.
  • Ensure successful deployment and expansion of AI agents and AI systems within customer workflows.
  • Maintain clear pipeline visibility and strategic signal for internal decision-making.
  • Surface product feedback and market insights to inform roadmap and positioning.

What We Look For

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong technical intuition.
  • Experience owning enterprise relationships in AI, SaaS, or highly technical environments.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles.
  • Comfort operating with evolving product surfaces and ambiguous technical requirements.
  • Strong ownership mindset with bias toward action and long-term account growth.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with human data teams, enterprise AI teams, or enterprise data organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI agent deployments, model evaluation workflows, or human-in-the-loop systems.
  • Exposure to enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth technology organizations.
