Enterprise Client Implementation Specialist
This is an Enterprise Client Implementation Specialist position at pmtbox, a fintech company focused on helping businesses manage payment risks and operational workflows.
About the role
You will lead enterprise client implementations, coordinate onboarding efforts, and assist with integrations and data mapping. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting complex client issues, building implementation plans, and improving internal processes as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise client implementations from kickoff through launch
- Cook up cross-functional onboarding efforts with clients, stakeholders, engineering, operations, and leadership
- Help clients map and improve related workflows and operational processes
- Build implementation plans, documentation, and repeatable onboarding frameworks
- Troubleshoot complex client issues that span systems, workflows, data, and operational processes
- Aid with integrations, data mapping, and client configuration needs
- Improve internal implementation tooling, documentation, and processes as we scale
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer operations, client success, solutions consulting, project management, or a related role
- Experience working with enterprise or upper mid-market clients
- Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
- Confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Natural curiosity and proactive approach
- Ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented when things get messy
Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, ecommerce, payments, risk, fraud, or operational workflows is helpful but not required
