Paradigm is looking for an Enterprise Client Implementation Senior Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Workers’ Compensation professional who understands the claims environment and enjoys leading complex, enterprise-level client implementations from strategy through successful launch. In this highly visible, client-facing role, you’ll partner across Sales, Product, Operations, IT, and Data/Analytics to turn client needs into effective implementation plans, workflows, and solutions.
