Enterprise Claude Architect
About the role
We are seeking a consultant with hands-on experience standing up Anthropic Claude in a production enterprise environment. This is not a general AI/ML or Azure OpenAI-focused role. The ideal consultant has helped a large organization deploy Claude at scale, including agent and skill development, secure data/tool connectors, governance, and safe sharing of AI assets across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise rollout of Anthropic Claude across teams and business functions.
- Design and deploy Claude-based agents, skills, workflows, and reusable AI assets.
- Build secure connectors between Claude and internal data sources, applications, and enterprise tools.
- Establish governance models for safely sharing agents, skills, prompts, workflows, and connectors across teams.
- Define per missioning, access controls, guardrails, versioning, and risk controls for enterprise AI adoption.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify high-value Claude use cases and prioritize implementation.
- Advise on best practices for Claude development, prompt/workflow design, testing, evaluation, and ongoing optimization.
- Help teams move from experimentation to secure, scalable, production-ready Claude usage.
Requirements
Proven experience deploying Anthropic Claude in production for a large organization. Experience building Claude agents, skills, workflows, or similar reusable AI capabilities. Strong understanding of enterprise connectors into internal data, systems, and tools. Experience with governance, security, permissioning, and safe cross-team sharing of AI assets. Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Comfort operating as both a strategic advisor and hands-on execution partner. Experience helping organizations move from AI pilots to enterprise-wide adoption.

- Direct experience implementing AI Claude systems in production enterprise environment.
- Experience deploying AI at enterprise scale across multiple teams or business units.
- Experience designing governance, security, permissioning, and risk frameworks for AI.
- Experience creating reusable AI assets such as agents, skills, workflows, prompts, and connectors.
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise applications, tools, and internal data sources.
- Strong executive presence and ability to advise leadership teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $120.00/hr.
