Enterprise - Business Process Engineer - Python, ML, SQL
Description
We are seeking a Business Process Engineer that will serve as the Scrum Master and coordinator for a cross functional technical team to ensure enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts by conducting daily scrum meetings and hosting sprint planning and other agile methodology cadences. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesRemove impediments and blockers to enable team productivityCoach team members and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and practicesTrack and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint health)Shield the team from external interruptions and scope creepFoster a culture of continuous improvement and team self-organizationApply Process improvement and Engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projectsAssist the Government with the transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment project activities and objectivesServes as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering effortsDocument and track initiatives and epics to assist in driving them to completionDefine, implement, and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectivesAnalyze and identify opportunities for business process improvementsDevelop initiatives for continuous business process improvementsEnsure compliance with customer and company proposed standardsWork with customer and developers in integration of new and existing business processesUse best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activitieWork with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes and risks.Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements
Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or business discipline from an accredited college or university and 7 years experience conducting BPR activities is required.
- Five (5) years experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Agile technologies, Six Sigma) for GOT intergration programs is required.
Required Skills
- Ten (10) years analyzing datasets and developing analytics
- Ten (10) years programming in R, Python, SAS, or MATLAB
