About the role

The IT Systems Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure IT systems for a government client. This position requires a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing secure IT systems
• Maintaining existing IT infrastructure
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration
• Conducting security assessments and risk management
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to IT staff

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT architecture and design
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Experience with cloud computing platforms
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
