About the role
We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the future-state architecture of a complex, evolving enterprise environment. This role involves influencing enterprise technology decisions, defining target-state architectures and standards, and modernizing and simplifying a diverse technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise architecture standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
- Participate in architecture governance and design reviews for key initiatives.
- Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions aligned to business goals.
- Identify opportunities to modernize systems, reduce technical debt, and simplify complexity.
- Partner with engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams to guide solution design.
- Influence decisions through clear trade-offs, risk analysis, and pragmatic recommendations.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise, solution, or infrastructure architecture (or similar senior technical roles).
- Strong background in one or more areas: Cloud platforms, Infrastructure, Integration/APIs, Enterprise platforms.
- Experience working across teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- To qualify, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Skills
- To succeed, you should have TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
- Experience in complex or regulated environments (e.g., healthcare) is preferred.
