Enterprise Applications Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SaaS applications, ensuring availability, performance, and secure access
• Manage application licenses, renewals, and usage to optimize cost and utilization
• Maintain clear documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes
• Evaluate new applications and recommend solutions aligned to business needs
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve tools and workflows
• Support SaaS portfolio optimization, including rationalization and standardization efforts
• Collaborate with Security and IT teams on access control and compliance requirements
• Audit support and ensure adherence to onboarding/offboarding processes
• Maintain and update the enterprise application inventory

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of relevant and related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• Travel occasionally, up to 5-10%, for key moments such as team summits, training, conferences, etc., with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands
• Strong understanding of SaaS environments, licensing, and access management
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Range: $57,000 - $88,400 USD
