Enterprise Applications Engineer – Aderant & Legal Technology Systems

About the role

The Enterprise Applications Engineer serves as the primary technical authority for Aderant Sierra and the broader legal technology ecosystem across Federate’s portfolio of law firm clients. The role focuses on the Aderant platform and its integration with Federate’s systems and client firms’ systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Aderant Sierra and related legal technology solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and integrate Aderant Sierra with their existing systems.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for Aderant Sierra users.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Aderant Sierra and related integrations.
• Participate in system upgrades and new feature implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a legal technology environment.
• Experience with Aderant Sierra and other legal technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
