Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain a highly customized IBM Maximo environment and related enterprise integration components.
- Serve as technical liaison with the vendor, coordinating troubleshooting, issue resolution, and implementation of vendor-recommended fixes and patches.
- Troubleshoot application, database, middleware, and infrastructure issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Analyze and troubleshoot Java Server Pages (JSPs), Linux shell scripts, configuration files, and integration components to identify and resolve system issues.
- Support and maintain interfaces between Maximo and external workforce and enterprise systems.
- Perform application patching, upgrade, and configuration activities using IBM Installation Manager and related IBM tooling.
- Apply patches and security updates required to maintain compliance with security requirements and IAVA remediation efforts.
- Support WebSphere Application Server administration tasks, including reviewing and updating application server configurations and parameters.
- Execute SQL queries and troubleshoot database-related issues, including reviewing tables, updating data, and supporting minor schema changes.
- Assist with system deployments, testing, validation, and operational sustainment activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams and customer stakeholders to document issues, solutions, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities to improve system reliability and operational stability.

Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university and fourteen (14) years of demonstrable experience is required.
- Five (5) years of additional technical experience on projects with similar hardware/software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Willingness to learn and develop a strong understanding of new technologies and products.
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams.
- Experience working with end-user customers.
- Must be able to work between the core hours of 10AM-2PM. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
