Enterprise Application Architect
About The Role
Cyclomedia is looking for an Enterprise Application Architect to own and evolve our core technology stack across our US and European operations — Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, and the integrations that connect them. This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you’ll be the expert and primary owner of these systems end-to-end, partnering directly with stakeholders in finance, operations, sales, and technology across both regions. You’ll design, build, and maintain the platforms that keep Cyclomedia running and scaling.
Responsibilities
Serve as the global technical owner for Dynamics (CRM, Project Operations, potentially other ERP modules in the future), driving configuration, customization, and adoption across US and European entities
Partner with sales, finance, product management, and operations stakeholders in both regions to translate business requirements into scalable system design
Manage releases, upgrades, and system health; coordinate with external implementation partners when needed
Align Dynamics usage and data standards across US and Europe to support consolidated reporting
Own the architecture and delivery of our Microsoft Fabric environment globally, including lakehouses, pipelines, and semantic models
Build and maintain reliable data flows from source systems (Dynamics, HubSpot, and others) into Fabric for reporting and analytics across US and European teams
Establish data governance standards, documentation, and data quality practices that work across both regions
Design and build Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports that support business operations and decision-making across US and European teams
Enable self-service analytics while maintaining governance guardrails across regions
Own the integration layer between Dynamics and third-party systems (HubSpot, and others as the stack evolves) across US and European operations
Manage SharePoint as a collaboration and document management platform for global teams, ensuring consistent structure, governance, and adoption
Architecture & Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the go-to technical authority on the Microsoft ecosystem for stakeholders in both the US and Europe
Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, reduce manual work, and increase data reliability across regions
Drive the global roadmap for the Microsoft platform in alignment with business priorities, balancing local needs with consistent global standards
Requirements
6+ years of hands-on experience across Microsoft Dynamics (CRM or F&O/Business Central) and the broader Microsoft 365/Power Platform ecosystem
Power BI skills, from data modeling to dashboard delivery
Experience designing and maintaining system integrations (REST APIs, Dataverse connectors, iPaaS tools)
Comfortable managing SharePoint environments at an organizational level
Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, multi-entity environment with stakeholders across US and European time zones
Strong communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences across cultures
Qualifications
Nice to Have:
Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Data Engineer)
Experience with HubSpot-to-Dynamics integrations
Familiarity with cross-border data governance and privacy requirements (e.g. GDPR)
Background supporting finance or operations functions in an international SaaS or technology company
