Enterprise AI Program Manager, Associate - Enterprise Technology -

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Enterprise AI use case pipeline, maintaining a centralized intake and tracking process and helping prioritize requests based on business impact, feasibility, and risk.
• Cook up pilot programs with business stakeholders and early adopters, define success criteria, track outcomes, and inform post-pilot enterprise decisions.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, workflow guidance, and supporting materials that help translate successful AI use cases into scalable enablement across teams and functions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to synthesize usage, adoption, and feedback data into clear insights, recommendations, and program updates for leadership.
• Affix feedback from pilots, office hours, and support channels, coordinate follow-through with product, platform, and vendor partners, and track issue resolution through completion.
• Support the execution of intake, approval, and governance processes by ensuring accurate documentation, clear status tracking, and adherence to established standards for AI use cases and agents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, product operations, program management, strategy, or a related field, with demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience structuring ambiguous problems, connecting disparate inputs, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clear, concise deliverables and working effectively across business and technology teams.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience operating effectively in a fast-moving environment and influencing without direct authority.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and data platforms, including Power Platform and Copilot Studio is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
