Enterprise AI Enablement Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for managing the enterprise AI enablement efforts within SB Energy. The role will work closely with various teams across the organization to ensure that AI technologies are effectively integrated and utilized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for AI adoption across SB Energy’s operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI projects.
• Provide guidance on AI best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor AI performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Train and mentor employees on AI technologies and their applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful AI project implementation.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

$120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
