Enterprise AI Data Strategist

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise AI Data Strategist to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the data foundation behind the organization’s AI transformation, ensuring enterprise information is organized, trusted, and accessible for high-value use cases. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to assess readiness, close data gaps, and translate strategy into practical execution. The position combines data architecture, governance, and AI enablement, with a strong focus on helping leadership prioritize the right investments for reliable AI outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Define the internal data strategy for the organization’s AI transformation. Identify gaps in the current data environment and prioritize solutions. Test architecture with priority AI initiatives to refine the roadmap. Establish standards for data organization and accessibility for AI tools. Collaborate with multiple teams to translate architecture into actionable solutions. Set data quality and governance standards for AI reliability. Advise senior leaders on data readiness and priorities for AI projects. Qualifications Deep knowledge of enterprise AI data foundations, including structured and unstructured data. Strong understanding of how AI systems use and interact with enterprise data. Practical experience with cloud data platforms, data modeling, and governance. Ability to enable secure data access for AI systems.
