About the role
Join Spectrum as an Enterprise Account Representative II, where you’ll connect business clients with the right solutions over the phone, recommending fiber-based services and building lasting relationships while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and professionalism during every sales interaction
- Achie weekly and monthly sales goals using effective selling techniques
- Engage marketing-generated leads through standard phone and email strategies
- Qualify prospects, request site surveys and submit ROI analyses to sales management
- Present and explain Spectrum’s fiber services to prospective and existing customers
- Promote current marketing campaigns and communicate product advantages versus competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and support business objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience working with customers
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Persuasive presentation skills to address objections and close sales
- Commitment to high-quality customer service
- Competitive drive to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Strong organizational skills and solid work ethic
- Adaptable interpersonal and sales approach for each customer
- Proactive in self-development and receptive to coaching
- Efficient navigation across multiple screens and complex data systems
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Familiarity with Windows or Apple operating systems, internet browsers and email applications
Qualifications
- Education: Some college or college degree preferred
- Experience: 6+ months of call center employment preferred, 6+ months of commission-based sales experience preferred, 6+ months of working with a computerized system as a core part of the job function preferred
