Enterprise Account Manager (WEST REGION) - Remote, USA

Winning new Enterprise accounts and growing existing business with Enterprise solutions to meet revenue and profit targets.

Responsibilities
- Owning a book of roughly 100 existing Enterprise customers across the Northeast — about $4M in ARR — and measuring performance on time to value, secure renewal, and upsell/cross-sell.
- Keeping a wide book moving by spotting renewals early, identifying underused products, and exploring new use cases.
- Measuring success against three key metrics: time to value, secure renewal, and upsell/cross-sell.
- Generating consistent expansion across the book, not relying on easy wins.
- Partnering with Account Executives on larger deals, sourcing, setting up, and stepping back in as the relationship owner when a deal closes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- A track record of carrying retention and expansion targets, not just managing relationships.
- The discipline to run a wide book — prioritizing across many accounts, not going deep on a few.
- Clear, direct communication with customers and internal partners, especially at the handoff between teams.
- Experience selling or supporting IT, security, or remote-connectivity software.
- A history of partnering with AEs or sales counterparts on larger deals.
- Multi-year and multi-product expansion experience.
