Enterprise Account Executive – Talent Pool
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and own relationships with senior healthcare leaders (CMO, CNO, CMIO, CIO) to drive new enterprise logo wins
- Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound motions
- Function as primary partner for specific clients, understanding business needs, and growing their portfolio of products through cross-sell and upsell motions
- Build strong, cross-functional relationships with all levels of a customer organization
- Lead consultative, value-based discovery conversations and guide prospects through the full sales cycle
- Deliver compelling in-person and virtual sales presentations across your assigned territory
- Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, workflows, financial drivers, and decision-making structures
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives and win complex deals
- Travel to customer sites as needed
What You Bring
- BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 5-15+ years of enterprise-level sales experience, ideally in SaaS
- A strong track record of closing new logo business and consistently exceeding quota
- Demonstrated ability to build senior executive relationships and navigate complex C-Suite buying committees
- A consultative, solution-selling mindset and the ability to articulate value in a complex environment
- High energy, grit, and enthusiasm that aligns with TigerConnect’s culture and values
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to help shape market strategy
- Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and executive presence
- Experience in acute healthcare is required
