Enterprise Account Executive, P&C
About the role
The Enterprise Account Executive, P&C will own the full commercial motion from first outbound touch through closed-won. They will build their own pipeline through outbound to senior decision-makers at target carriers, MGAs, and reinsurers, qualify leads, and close deals. They will manage the sales cycle, partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and ensure a seamless customer experience from first touch through onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound to senior decision-makers at target carriers, MGAs, and reinsurers
- Qualify inbound leads and self-sourced opportunities through a real qualification process
- Run the full sales cycle yourself, from first call through negotiation and signature
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to keep the customer experience seamless
- Manage a typical enterprise sales cycle from start to finish and bring in the right resources on our side to win a strategic deal
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, including self-sourced outbound
- Demonstrated domain expertise in property and casualty insurance, insurtech, catastrophe risk, or reinsurance
- Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Experience closing enterprise-level deals with meaningful annual contract value
- Experience with a formal sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to accommodate up to 20% travel

Pay
The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $320,000 annually, reflecting progression within the role based on demonstrated growth and impact.
