Position Summary
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise accounts focused on use cases across customer onboarding, identity verification, continuous monitoring, risk management, fraud prevention, and credit decisioning. You will develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, uncover complex business challenges, and deliver customized Trulioo solutions that address key business requirements including onboarding conversion, reduced fraud losses, enhanced compliance efficiency, and underwriting. This role requires a consultative approach, strong business acumen, and an ability to align identity and risk solutions with measurable enterprise outcomes. This role is expected to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and continuously optimize how work is performed. This will be a full-time, permanent position and can be done remotely within the USA for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify, develop, and close new revenue opportunities with enterprise clients across key identity and risk use cases.
- Lead multi-threaded, consultative sales cycles that engage multiple levels of decision-making within the buying center—from executives and compliance leaders to product, fraud, and technology stakeholders.
- Translate complex compliance and fraud-prevention challenges into actionable solutions that deliver business value.
- Become an expert on the onboarding, risk, fraud, and credit domains, as well as Trulioo’s product portfolio, value propositions, and differentiators in each space.
- Partner with Solutions Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term value and customer retention.
- Approach your work with drive, ownership, and self-starting energy, consistently meeting and exceeding pipeline and revenue goals.
- Engage your stakeholders with energy and authenticity — you are emotive, charismatic, and able to build excitement and trust at every level of the customer organization.
- Forecast accurately, maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce, and drive accountability across the sales process.
- Represent Trulioo at select industry events, webinars, and customer forums to elevate brand and solution awareness.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve research, planning, customer engagement, and operational efficiency, while applying sound judgment to ensure high-quality, personalized customer interactions.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consultative B2B SaaS sales, including 5+ years successfully selling to large enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to prospect into enterprise organizations and build relationships across diverse roles—including C-level, product, compliance, and fraud risk stakeholders.
- Prefer experience in the digital identity, risk, and compliance industry, with knowledge of frictionless identity verification, document verification, and business verification solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end sales cycles, including opportunity strategy, multi-stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts and business value propositions with clarity and impact.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across technical and executive audiences.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven by achieving and exceeding ambitious revenue goals.
- Deep business acumen and technical aptitude, with a proven ability to quickly absorb and apply new technologies.
- A natural team player with a positive attitude, high level of accountability, and collaborative spirit.
- Emotive, engaging communicator who builds excitement, trust, and confidence across customer and internal teams alike.
- Experience using AI to enhance sales productivity and customer engagement, with the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and use them responsibly in a customer-facing environment.

Pay
We take a market-based, data-driven approach to compensation, leveraging trusted third-party data to assess the value of each role based on function, level, location, and scope. The base salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000 USD, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $250,000-$300,000 USD. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
