Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new revenue opportunities with enterprise clients across key identity and risk use cases.
  • Lead multi‑threaded, consultative sales cycles engaging multiple decision‑making levels — from executives and compliance leaders to product, fraud, and technology stakeholders.
  • Translate complex compliance and fraud‑prevention challenges into actionable solutions that deliver business value.

  • Forecast accurately, maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce, and drive accountability across the sales process.
  • Represent Trulioo at select industry events, webinars, and customer forums to elevate brand and solution awareness.
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools to improve research, planning, customer engagement, and operational efficiency, while applying sound judgment to ensure high‑quality, personalized interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of consultative B2B SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years successfully selling to large enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to prospect into enterprise organizations and build relationships across diverse roles — C‑level, product, compliance, and fraud risk stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience in digital identity, risk, and compliance, with knowledge of frictionless identity verification, document verification, and business verification solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing end‑to‑end sales cycles, including opportunity strategy, multi‑stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts and business value propositions with clarity and impact.
  • Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across technical and executive audiences.
  • Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and driven by achieving and exceeding ambitious revenue goals.
  • Deep business acumen and technical aptitude, with a proven ability to quickly absorb and apply new technologies.
  • Natural team player with a positive attitude, high accountability, and collaborative spirit.
  • Emotive, engaging communicator who builds excitement, trust, and confidence across customer and internal teams.
  • Experience using AI to enhance sales productivity and customer engagement, with the ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated outputs and use them responsibly in a customer‑facing environment.
