Enterprise Account Executive - MCP Manager

About the role

Usercentrics, a global leader in consent management, is launching MCP Manager (MCPM), a governance and management platform for Model Context Protocol (MCP)—the emerging standard connecting AI agents to business systems like Salesforce, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub. As AI adoption accelerates, enterprises face a new challenge: giving teams the power of AI agents while maintaining visibility, security, and control. MCP Manager serves as the trust and control layer for AI agent connections. This is a category-creation opportunity, with MCP being compared to the invention of the USB connector for AI.

We're looking for a senior, technically fluent Account Executive who can navigate complex, high-value enterprise deals and sell to C-level buyers in a security and compliance context. This is a hunter role: you'll own direct sales end to end, not lean on partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers at target accounts including VP of AI, CTO, IT Operations, and CISO through outbound outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and move them into active sales conversations quickly
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in higher-enterprise, high-average-contract-value environments
  • Surface expansion opportunities within the existing Usercentrics customer base
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow-up and lead handoff
  • Own the complete sales process: discovery, demo, proposal, security evaluation, negotiation, and close
  • Close complex enterprise deals, managing ambiguity and multiple stakeholders throughout
  • Deliver technically credible demonstrations tailored to each prospect's AI stack and governance challenges
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving economic buyers, technical evaluators, and security/compliance gatekeepers, selling directly to C-level executives
  • Proactively communicate SOC 2 readiness and security documentation to keep deals progressing through vendor due diligence
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Serve as the market's voice back to the product team, capturing objections, feature requests, and competitive intel
  • Collaborate with the product team to integrate the customer voice into MCPM's plans
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and early customer health
  • Develop sales collateral and playbook materials as MCPM matures

Requirements

  • Proven enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience selling to C-level buyers in a security, compliance, or governance context
  • Track record closing complex deals with a consultative, solution-led approach
  • Success in both outbound prospecting and closing new business, without reliance on channel or partner sales
  • Ability to sell into technical audiences—you don't need to be an engineer, but you can hold a credible conversation with a security team or a VP of Engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with a gift for making complex technology approachable
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage, category-creation environment where the playbook is still being written
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, or similar platforms

Benefits

  • 401K plan contribution
  • Vacation days
  • Health Insurance
  • Hybrid workplace
  • Online yoga sessions
  • Events including team buildings, happy hours, parties, and get-togethers
  • Gifts celebrating life and work milestones (work anniversaries, new babies, and similar)
  • Refreshments including snacks, fruits, coffee, drinks, and occasional breakfasts in the office
  • 100% Employee Healthcare Insurance Cover
  • 401k Employer contributions

Pay

$300/320k OTE (50/50 base/variable split). The annual OTE range is determined based on geographic location, role-specific skills, relevant experience, and internal equity.
