Enterprise Account Executive, Comcast Business
About the Role
Responsible for the sale of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice-based services to mid-size and large businesses. Works as part of a team to drive sales using prospecting activities and cultivation of relationships with institutions in designated territories. Designs and delivers live sales presentations, develops relationships with businesses and the community, and positions the Comcast brand as key components of the sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
- Sells with goals of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
- Stays abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
- Develops sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations.
- Actively generates new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Promotes and positions the Comcast brand within the territory.
- Retains customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Maintains and builds customer relationships to drive retention; collaborates with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels.
- Maintains accurate and quality sales records and prepares sales and activity reports as required.
- Attends out-of-office meetings with customers regularly, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Network Design, MAN technologies (DSx, OC-x, WDM, Ethernet), Internet Technologies, Voice Network Technologies (including VoIP), Data Networking Technologies (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN), Networking Protocols (Layers 1, 2, & 3), Customer Premise Equipment, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts, and E-rate Contracting Processes.
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Pay
Colorado Pay Range: $75,647.46 - $125,432.54 base pay, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
Targeted Commission: $65,000.00. Sales compensation programs offer significant upside above targeted earnings for overachievement of sales targets.
