About the role
The right candidate is obsessed with sales productivity and the tech that powers it. You’re the kind of rep who’s always been the early adopter when new tools rolled out — whether it was a dialer, sequencer, conversation intelligence platform, or CRM customization. You don’t just use your tech stack; you master it. You're a power user who takes pride in driving efficiency, insights, and better outcomes from the tools at your disposal.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting both within and beyond your network to source new logo opportunities.
- Running a full-cycle sales process: discovery, demo, business case, and close.
- Managing and growing existing customer relationships in close partnership with our Customer Success team.
- Becoming a subject matter expert on the Revenue.io platform — especially how it helps sales leaders coach and scale high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity and curiosity with sales tech (CRM, dialers, sequencers, CI, etc.).
- Experience demoing complex products — and doing it well.
- A proven network in sales, RevOps, or sales tech.
Qualifications
- Passion for sales as a discipline, not just a job.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team (a plus).
Skills
- Mastering sales tech stacks.
- Effective prospecting and networking.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
- Subject matter expertise on Revenue.io platform.

Pay
On target earnings split will be determined at time of offer. Additional incentive compensation may be offered as stock options and company benefits. Actual compensation within the range will be determined on your skills, experience, qualification, location, and market conditions.
