About The Role
To help expand Parabola's reach, we're seeking to grow our sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering operators and solving complex problems with AI. They should be able to connect with customers, identify impactful use cases, and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Evangelize Parabola by showing customers how they can automate and improve processes, even those without IT support.
- Identify and lead discovery calls with potential customers, focusing on their specific needs and challenges.
- Manage proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate Parabola's capabilities and value to businesses.
- Share insights from customer interactions with product, engineering, and design teams to inform future development.
- Work closely with various stakeholders within a customer organization, from individual contributors to executives, to enhance their operations.
- Build champions within customer organizations who advocate for Parabola and its solutions.
- Collaborate with the GTM team to develop and refine sales strategies and playbooks.
What We Think You'll Need To Do It
- 6-10 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in a fast-growing startup or large tech company.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong data literacy and comfort with technical concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and industries.
- Experience in finance, operations, or consulting is a plus.
- Based in New York or San Francisco, willing to commute to the office 3-4 times a week.
- A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
- A deep understanding of Parabola's product and its applications.
- An organized and conscientious work ethic.

Benefits
OTE Range: $260,000 - $300,000. This OTE is determined by multiple factors including years of experience, interview performance, and anticipated responsibilities of the role. Parabola offers a competitive total package, including equity and premium health and wellness benefits.
