What You’ll Do
- Owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close
- Actively hunting and developing new opportunities within a defined mid-market segment
- Managing a pipeline of growth-stage consumer brands across CPG
- Positioning Novi’s value clearly to senior decision makers including founders and executives
- Partnering with marketing and leadership on account strategy and deal execution
- Maintaining accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot
- Contributing feedback on messaging, pricing, and sales process as the team scales
What We’re Looking For
- 3-8 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or technology-enabled services
- Proven ability to hunt and self-source pipeline
- Experience selling to mid-market or growth-stage companies
- Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and navigating multi-threaded deals
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
- Able to explain complex concepts simply and credibly
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into ecommerce, retail, or consumer brands
- Prior experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup
