About the role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate Monumint's next phase of growth. You'll own the full sales cycle, partnering with banks, credit unions, lenders, and fintechs to understand their business, navigate complex buying processes, and introduce AI across customer engagement and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent deal flow.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead complex negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Maintain and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling into financial services / fintech.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Large ACV track record.
  • Strong experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and align them with the right solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience working with financial institutions and fintech companies.
  • Passion for using technology to transform customer experiences and drive business growth.

Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales methodologies.

Pay

Salary range for this role is $275,000 - $325,000 OTE (50/50 split) per year.

Schedule

Full-time position.
