About the role
We are expanding rapidly into the US market and building out our GTM team. This role will join as a key early contributor helping shape and scale our US presence. This is an early-stage, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building, and wants to play a pivotal part in defining the commercial engine of a company at the forefront of enterprise AI.
Responsibilities
- Build the US GTM motion: define outreach strategies, shape pipeline, and open key enterprise doors across regulated industries like financial services and insurance.
- Drive revenue growth: lead enterprise conversations from discovery through to close.
- Consult and demo: translate complex AI capabilities into business value.
- Be the market voice: surface insights from US customers and influence our global product roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to fine-tune GTM playbooks.
- Represent Haast: at industry events and across your growing network of compliance and legal leaders.
Requirements
- Enterprise sales pedigree: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and selling to Fortune 500.
- You have strong experience navigating complex B2B SaaS cycles and have solid relationships within regulated enterprise organizations.
- Industry fluency: You get how compliance actually works in regulated industries and understand how the right tech can ease the load and unlock real business value.
- Clear communicator: You can take complex concepts and distill them into sharp, business-relevant messaging.
- Start-up mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and excited to help shape new processes in a high-growth environment.
- AI-curious: You’re fascinated by the technology shift happening in front of us and want to be part of shaping it.
Qualifications
- Nice To Have, But Not Essential: Experience working in or selling to enterprise marketing, legal, risk, or compliance teams. Time spent in a scale-up or startup where you’ve had to wear multiple hats and move fast.
