About the role
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for expanding and maintaining relationships with high-value enterprise clients. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts
- Manage and close deals from initial contact through contract negotiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project implementations
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing complex projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
